A 70-years old man, ex-smoker with gradually progressive breathlessness. He has no other risk factors and does not have any other systemic abnormality.

What is the most likely possibility
- Usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP) – idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)
- Non-UIP – IPF
- Non-UIP – chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis
- UIP – non-IPF
