 A 15-year old girl presented with hypertension and hypokalemia. USG, CT and renal angio were performed.
 Juxtaglomerular Cell Tumor (Reninoma)
 A 58-year-old female, presented with severe colicky pain in the upper abdomen with nausea and vomiting for duration of 2 days. Lab investigation results were as follows - Hb-10gms/dl, TLC-16,000, DLC-N46L40E14M2, Bilirubin-3.5 mg, AST-145 HU, ALT-128 IU, alkaline phosphatase-900 KA units. Ultrasonography showed a distended gall bladder with sludge. An MRCP was performed.
 Biliary ascariasis (CBD and gall-bladder)
 A 52-year old old diabetic male presented with right upper quadrant pain and diaphroresis.
 Emphysematous Cholecystitis


 A 25-year old lady on treatment for two weeks, for renal tuberculosis, complained of a lump in the upper inner quadrant of the left breast. A mammogram was performed.
 Chest Wall Abscess - Tuberculosis
 A 55-year old lady presented with a breast lump. A 3D breast ultrasound was performed.

 A 45-year old lady presented with pain and swelling of the knee with a palpable nodule along the lateral joint line. An MRI examination was performed.
 Meniscal Cyst with Lateral Meniscal Tear
 A 38-year old lady presented with a 10-days history of pain and stiffness in the neck. A plain radiograph of the cervical spine was obtained.
 Acute Longus Colli Tendinitis
 A 43-year old lady presented with severe ulnar-side wrist pain, gradually increasing for the last 1 year. She had a past history of a conservatively treated Colles' fracture 18months ago. An MRI was performed (Figs. 1-4).
 Ulnar Impaction Syndrome
 A 31-year old man presented with the chief complaints of progressive leg numbness. A CT scan was performed.
 Ossification of the Ligamentum Flavum
 A 43-year old man presented with mild pain in the heel. An x-ray was obtained (Fig. 1).

 A 56-year old lady presented with pain in the knee.
 Intra-capsular chondroma
 A 23-years old man had a fall. A radiograph of the knee was obtained.

 A 35-year old lady presented with pain in the middle finger of the left hand. She had a history of surgery in the past for similar complaints.

  A 20-year old lady came with chest swellings.

 A 47 year old man presented with a pulsatile mass following a cardiac catheterization via the femoral route.
