 This is an elderly gentleman with a clinical history of pyeloplasty for PUJ. He had recurrent hematuria and multiplerenal calculi. Renal scan showed poor function and drainage. Whitaker’s test performed was inconclusive for UPJ and subsequently an antegrade pyelogram was performed.

 A 40-years old lady presented with pain in the abdomen. A CT was performed.

 A 27-years old man with acute lymphoblastic leukemia on chemotherapy presented with acute pain in the right iliac fossa. A CT of the abdomen and pelvis was obtained.
 Neutropenic Typhlitis
 A 50-years old man presented to the emergency room with acute pain in the right iliac fossa and diarrhea. An appendiceal protocol CT was ordered. Axial contrast CT images are shown.
 Carcinoid Tumor of the Appendix
 A 72-years old lady presents with pain in the abdomen, vomiting and constipation. A CT scan was performed.
 Intestinal Obstruction due to Obturator Hernia


 This is a three months old boy who came with difficulty in breathing. Chest radiographs were obtained followed by CT.

 A 30 years old lady had low backache without radiation. A plain radiograph and MRI were obtained.

 A 38-years old man presented with weakness of both lower limbs with loss of sensation below the umbilicus.
 Hydatid Cyst of the Spine


 This is an 8-year-old with visual disturbances and headaches. An MR of the brain was performed.Post-contrast T1W coronal, T2 sagittal and T2 coronal images were obtained.
 Hypothalamic and Optic Nerve Glioma
 A 50-years old lady presented with occasional slurred speech and decrease in mental status followed by seizures.An MR was performed .
 Subdural Empyema
 A 44-years old, presents with headache, progressive diplopia, lateral gaze difficulty, ataxia and hypopituitarism. An MR was performed.
 Clivus Chordoma with Metastases
 A 29-year-old lady presented with right arm numbness, bilateral lower extremity weakness and blurred vision. An MR was performed.
 Multiple Sclerosis with Demyelinating Plaques
 An 18-year-old gentleman presented with acute-onset lower extremity weakness, fatiguability and retention of urine. He had a flu-like syndrome with fever and sore throat for two days
 ADEM – Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis
 An 8 years old boy presented with a relatively large head, developmental delay and seizures.
 Alexander's Disease
 A 12-year-old fell while riding a bicycle and had tonic-clonic seizures.
 Cortical Dysplasia
 A 15-years old girl presented with progressive weakness of the both lower limbs. There was no bladder and bowel involvement. There was loss of sensation in the lower limbs and lower abdomen. An MRI of the spine was performed
 Hemangioblastoma of the Cord
 A 2-1/2 months old afebrile baby presented with poor feeding and multiple episodes of seizure. Lumbar punctures were negative. EEG showed status epilepticus.
 Neonatal Hypoglcemia
 A 25 years old man presented with seizures. An MRI was performed.
 Neurocysticercosis - Disseminated


 A 55-years asymptomatic lady went for ultrasound (Figs 1-3). An abnormality was found and a CT was also performed.

 A 40 years old lady presented with a palpable right adnexal mass on routine gynecologic examination. Abdominal and trans-vaginal ultrasound was performed (Figs 1-4). Based on the USG findings MRI (Figs 5-7) was recommended before the patient was subjected to surgery.
