Residents’ Review Course: |

The
4th Residents' Review Course was conducted from 14-17 October, 1999. There were
over 350 participants from all over the country with 33 consultants.
The
program was spread out over three and a half days.
There
were 12 poster presentations. The first prize poster went to "Artifacts" (Drs
Shekhar Datar, Navin Khade and Ravi Varma) from KEM Hospital, Mumbai and the second
prize went to "Pre-operative embolization of tumors" (Drs. Susan John, L Raghuram)
from CMC, Vellore. The first prize was for Rs. 5000.
Dr.
D. Rajamagesh
from Madurai won the first prize in the quiz, entitling him to an all-expenses
paid trip to the RSNA in Nov. 2000. Dr.
Vyankatesh Aironi
won the second prize, which is an all-expenses paid trip to the IRIA conference
in Jan 2001, most proabably in Manipal.
