This is a 51-years old lady who presented with metastatic lung cancer. The PET showed extensive skeletal disease.

Sometimes, nature just simplifies stuff. The lung mass had produced so much pleural retraction that there was a simple, safe access to the mass in the right upper lobe that would typically preclude any significant complication.

The biopsy was done using a 20G coaxial biopsy gun. The diagnosis was adenocarcinoma.
